Return policy
You have 5 calendar days from the product delivery date to return your
purchase only if the product is not unboxed from original packaging,
damaged or used.
Return Policy Terms and Conditions
First, You need to contact us via info@escos.ge and declare the reason
based on which you’d like to return a purchased product.
In order to return a product, You will be asked to present the receipt,
(Order/payment document) that was issued during making a purchase.
In case, you consider that the product has an original damage, You need
to refer to the company within 5 calendar days from the day of purchase
via info@escos.ge for declaring. We will check and notify you regarding
the issue within 3-5 days.
If the Company makes decision to return the purchased product based
on above mentioned criteria, You will be granted a right to change the
product or get refunded with the amount you paid. Refund will be
processed within 2-3 working days in the same payment method and
bank account number used for your purchase.
