We present the Pear vinegar ,,Borbala’’. The product is made at the basis of the Esco-S Green Engineerng Demonstration Enterprise, https://www.facebook.com/escosbazaleti, With the almost zero impact on the environment.
The basic raw material for the product is consisted of Borbala pear fruit juice, obtained through organic means in the municipality of Tsalenjikha, Georgia. Harvest of 2020. The fruits were collected from local inhabitant’s chemical-free household areas and gardens. To reach the desirable level of glucose content in the juice, obtained through cold mechanical pressing, the juice has been amended according to the famous Italian methodology called “Modena’’.
The content of the acetic acid in ,,Borbala’’ vinegar is 6%.
