The raw fruit is collected in the woods of Georgia from wild blueberry bushes. Distilled and aged in 320 L. capacity oak barrel #1 In 2015. The barrel was filled with distillate in 2015. The evaporated substance was annually re-filled with the same fruit distillate,,Angels’s share’’. Barrel #1 was opened in 2021, from which 50 l was bottled and the remaining was filled with the wild blueberry distillate and was sealed. The next unsealing and bottling is planned for 2025.
